Summer Workouts:

Summer schedules are rolling out, and our Cardinals are getting to work! Please review your student-athlete’s schedule carefully for practice times, camps, dead period dates, and important updates.

Football: Cardinal Football continues next week with 9th-12th grade workouts from 7:00–10:30 AM, 7th/8th grade workouts from 10:30 AM–12:30 PM, and evening sessions for varsity athletes on select days. Don’t forget summer meals are available during workout times!

Cheer: Varsity Cheer has practice Monday (7:00–9:00 AM) before departing for cheer camp Tuesday morning. Good luck, Lady Cardinals!

Lady Cardinal Basketball open gym and skill development sessions continue next week! Open gym will be held June 8–12 from 9:00 AM–12:00 PM in the CFHS Gym. These sessions are not mandatory practices and are intended for skill development only. Because there is not a set practice schedule, student-athletes may arrive anytime during the 9:00 AM–12:00 PM window.

Girls basketball will also host a second tryout after our new head coach is hired. All CFHS girls are encouraged to attend open gym opportunities leading up to tryouts.

A new boys basketball summer schedule will be shared tomorrow.

Let’s have a great summer of hard work, growth, and competition!
