What is ParentSquare?
ParentSquare is a safe, secure, and modern approach to communication and collaboration between school and home. Camden Fairview School District uses ParentSquare for school communication through email, text and app notifications. ParentSquare automatically generates an account for each parent/guardian, using their preferred email address and phone number from our student information system. StudentSquare for CFHS Students
Download the FREE StudentSquare app for iOS or Android
Camden Fairview students in grades 9-12 should download the StudentSquare app in the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store to keep track of their classes and school activities all in one place! StudentSquare is a tool for high school students inside ParentSquare. It’s for teachers and school staff (coaches and activity sponsors) to communicate directly with high school students, and for high school students to communicate directly with their teachers.
Each high school student automatically has an account in StudentSquare based on their school email address. Students receive messages via email, but there are other ways to get StudentSquare messages: students can add their cell number to receive text messages, or they can download the StudentSquare app (iOS and Android) and receive notifications.

For Families
Register Your ParentSquare Account.
On the ParentSquare website or app, enter your email or cell phone number that matches what is in CFSD’s student information system.
On the web, click ‘Sign In’, then under ‘Sign Up’ section, put your email or phone number and click '“Go”. You must register to access the ParentSquare help pages we are linking: More information on registering your ParentSquare account here.
If the email or phone number is not recognized by ParentSquare, please call the school’s counselor’s clerk and ask them to update your contact information.
Manage Your Notification Settings.
ParentSquare allows users to customize their notifications based on notification type and select their preferred delivery method for each school.
The Instant setting will send all post notifications in real-time.
The Digest setting sends direct messages, alerts, and time-sensitive posts instantly, but sends all non-time sensitive posts at the end of the day. The Digest setting reduces the number of notifications you receive daily. We recommend the Digest setting. More information on notification settings here.
I don’t have a student at your school or my child no longer attends your school. Can you take me off your list?
Click “Unsubscribe” link on your email from ParentSquare or reply STOP to the SMS from ParentSquare to stop notifications to your email or phone.

Yes. All CFSD parents and guardians have a ParentSquare account. ParentSquare is the primary tool for district and school communication. Individuals who do not activate their account in ParentSquare will still receive an email digest at the end of each day that communication is sent out to them. In the event of emergencies, alerts will be sent as well.
Yes. In the 2024-2025 school year, the following tools and services will no longer be used by CFSD. The functionality of these tools will be available in ParentSquare.
Parents and guardians can update their language preference for their account. Once their language preference is set, ParentSquare will automatically translate any communication to them in their selected language. This translation will also occur when the parent/guardian sends a message to a staff member. Learn more about ParentSquare translations and how to set the language preference.
