#CFSDStrongerTogether - FES families, we’re hard at work preparing for a great school year! Here’s what we have planned for before school starts.

August 3-7 | We will contact FES families to schedule K-5 Cardinals Meet & Greet/Assessment Day times for August 10. Staff members will not have class list information when scheduling assessment times.

August 4 | 4PM | Class lists will be posted on FES’s front door and sent via family text/email alert.

August 10 | Cardinals Meet & Greet/Assessment Day | by appointment. On this day,
families will be able to meet their students’ teachers one-on-one and see their classroom! FES staff will assess students' literacy and math skills prior to the start of the year, allowing us to gain a better understanding of the needs and skills of every student so teachers can move into instruction as soon as possible. During students' assessment time, parents/guardians will visit information stations throughout FES to learn more about our school and for a chance to win prizes.

August 29 | FES Open House | 6PM. During Open House, families will learn more about our schools, visit classrooms, and meet other Cardinal families.
