Camden Fairview Awarded Grant for Holiday Meals for District Families

We’re excited to share that Camden Fairview was awarded a $25,000 grant from Save the Children to provide holiday meals to Camden Fairview families! This is a special way we can help support students who are part of our K-5 Backpack Program and 6-12 grade students who were selected by building leadership based on family need. We partnered with our local Super 1 Foods to provide these families with a Super 1 Foods gift card in the amount of $50. Gift cards were distributed to families this week at their child’s building.

We’re grateful for this opportunity to partner with Save the Children and Super 1 Foods to support Camden Fairview students and allow these families to stretch their food budget a little farther this holiday season. A special thank you to Super 1 Foods Manager Yolanda Bradford, our building counselors, and counselors’ clerks!
